Job Summary

An IT services company is seeking a Remote Business Development and Capture Management Lead.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Owning of pipeline development/management, customer contact and positioning
  • Managing of overall IC/DoD sales pipeline, forecasting, and capture management
  • Collaborating on market analysis, strategic business planning, and capture strategic solution development

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of related experience
  • Extensive experience selling and delivering solutions in support of the IC/DoD mission
  • Track record of successfully capturing and winning >$30M multi-year new business RFP
  • Experience with customer relationship management and opportunity tracking systems to include Salesforce, Deltek, GovWin
