Job Summary
A company that acquires and grows profitable e-commerce businesses needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Business Development Director .
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Researching and evaluating additional leads/prospects through web research
- Scheduling initial prospecting meetings
- Working together with the Deals and Marketing teams to evolve outbound prospecting strategy
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree
- Demonstrated ability to explain complex issues clearly
- Experience leading inside sales or business development teams, related sales experience 5+ years B2B or SMB
- Ability to assist in coordinating sales functions including prospecting and leads research
- Ability to develop rapport, influence others and maintain strong working relationships
