Job Summary

A human resource consulting company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Business Development Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Determine addressable market, identify key prospects in the space, and position company as the solution
  • Transition “development” verticals to business as usual (BAU) sales and marketing team
  • Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
  • Experience in sales, marketing or related field
  • Intermediate skill level or above with CRM platforms
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
  • Ability to discover and explore business opportunities in verticals identified by senior leadership and the BDM
  • Ability to close new business deals by coordinating requirements
