Job Summary

A home loan company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Business Development Manager Team Lead.

Must be able to:

• Manage the daily activities of the BDM Role
• Ability to plan and execute business plan for BDM role
• Mentor to BDM role to improve overall Non-QM volume

Position Requirements Include:

• Minimum 5 years of Management Experience
• Minimum of 3 years of Mortgage Sales Experience
• Minimum 3 years of Non-QM Experience
• Ability to set strategy and monitor progress towards goals
• Excellent organizational and delegation skills
