Job Summary
An information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Business Development Representative Operations Manager.
Must be able to:
- Onboard new BDR team members to tools and processes
- Manage lead routing in LeanData and Salesforce
- Develop and manage BDR headcount tracking, planning, and modeling.
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing or sales operations
- Experience with an inside sales and/or sales development team in a B2B sales environment
- Experience using Salesforce.com or similar CRM, LeanData, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and SalesLoft or Outreach
