Job Summary

A software development company has a current position open for a Remote Business Excellence Director .

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Developing the approaches and models that company will leverage to engage partner ecosystem
• Engaging business and IT leaders to achieve alignment with Business Outcomes and secure partnership
• Working closely with product management and customers to influence product direction, roadmaps and roll out

Qualifications Include:

• 10+ years consulting experience
• 5+ years working with artificial intelligence, analytics, or marketing solutions
• Expert understanding of how AI and analytics can be used to transform enterprises
• Deep knowledge of direct Marketing principles and processes
• Expert understanding of customer strategy, contact optimization and interpretation of analytics
• Have strong organizational and workload planning / management skills
