Job Summary
A physician-owned company is in need of a Remote Business Integration Healthcare Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Scheduling and facilitating high profile meetings, including start up and termination calls
- Managing and maintaining business related calendars to ensure peak accessibility and efficiency of schedules
- Preparing and disseminating supporting documentation for meetings
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, or related position
- 2+ years of general business experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
- Basic understanding of project management and desire to learn more
- Basic understanding of Project Web Application (PWA) and a desire to learn more
