Job Summary
A company providing cloud-based customer service and software solutions has a current position open for a Remote Business Intelligence Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Play a critical role in the design, development, support, and continuous improvement of the BI environment
- Design dashboards, reports and cards for scalability
- Develop BI solutions according to user requirements, best practices, and industry standards
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative or technical field or equivalent experience
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Domo or equivalent
- Experience developing business applications using SQL
- ETL and data ingestion experience, web design experience
- Practical understanding and use of SQL
- Experience with data design and development
