Job Summary

A business intelligence company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Business Intelligence Senior Customer Success Operations Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Developing a basic understanding of the Go-To-Market Strategy, Customer Success Process, etc
  • Assisting in developing, reporting, and automating key performance metrics for the CS organization
  • Suggesting improvements in reporting efficiency and enforcing an operating cadence

Qualifications Include:

  • Success supporting processes, programs, and tools to improve Customer Success
  • Experience creating and supporting analysis for a Customer Success department
  • Ability to translate key business initiatives from CS stakeholders to project work with deliverables
  • Experience with both Salesforce and Gainsight
  • Experience leading/managing projects and associated deliverable work
  • Experience working within Excel
