Job Summary
A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Business Operations Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Lead analyses ranging from market entry analysis to growth accounting
- Drive marketplace quality and improve market efficiency
- Making actionable recommendations to influence growth
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in data analytics, management consulting, investment banking, and/or technology
- Strong analytical chops with strong proficiency in SQL and reporting tools
- Understanding of the common metrics used in the internet industry
- Proficiency in reporting tools to derive actionable insights from user behavior
- Understanding of business growth metrics such as retention, churn, CAC, CLTV, etc
- Ability to partner with multiple cross-functional stakeholders to accelerate growth
