Job Summary

A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Business Operations Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Ensuring the successful roll-out of salesforce and related system change and process updates by contributing to their design, implementation, pilot and testing
• Maintaining existing salesforce and related system processes by monitoring for issues, bugs and missing or incorrect inputs
• Owning and managing recurring processes related to both business operations systems and updates of operating reports and dashboards

Qualifications Include:

• 3 to 5 years experience in operations or analytical type roles
• Knowledge of key SaaS metrics including ARR, Renewal Rate, Net Revenue Retention, etc
• Working knowledge of Salesforce
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to own and complete projects end-to-end
• Experience with and the desire to automate processes and reconciliations
