Job Summary
A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Business Operations Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Acting as a strategic advisor to provide guidance based on business intelligence and knowledge of the region
- Working closely with our Partner Ecosystem onboard new Partners develop/maintain good working relationships
- Working closely with internal resourcing, monitor, validate and route Staffing Contractor resource requests to preferred suppliers with a focus on securing suitable resources
Position Requirements Include:
- 2-3 years of management consulting and/or business operations experience, with a focus on services tools, process automation and/or continuous process improvement
- Familiarity with CRM and data management
- Ability to effectively develop and present materials that are appropriate for the audience
- Proven team player able to lead and work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus
- Demonstrated strong situational analysis, negotiation and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's Degree
