Job Summary

A commercial real estate services and investment firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Business Operations Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinating the tracking, organizing, timely entry, and processing of expense reports for a high volume of monthly travel and leadership expenses
  • Coding and allocating expenses within PeopleSoft
  • Reconciling and auditing vendor invoices and submits for billing in a timely manner

Required Skills:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with a minimum of two years of related experience and/or training
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc
  • Knowledge of Financial software systems (e.g. PeopleSoft, MTA, VAS and I-Track)
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor
  • Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees
  • Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles
