Job Summary

A financial institution is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Business Operations Enablement Analyst 5.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Defining and performing systems analysis and development tasks to improve workflow and operating efficiency
• Assessing reporting/process and determine best approach for enablement
• Bringing small automation solutions and innovation to manual processes across Operations

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• 10 or more years of experience in operations/technology project management activities
• Establish strategic partnerships within Operations for effective streamlining of processes
• Ability to conduct an analysis of a business need, including scheduling meetings
• Comprehensive understanding of project management and testing methodology and procedures
• All other requirements necessary for this position
