Job Summary
A sales technology company has a current position open for a Remote Business Operations Head.
Must be able to:
- Partner with the CEO and leadership team to create an 18-24 months business strategy
- Design and implement company-wide initiatives driving alignment with our mission, strategy, and values
- Own the company’s quarterly planning and KPI setting and tracking
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Previous experience in a job with ample executive exposure as a functional leader or a founder of their own company
- Proven analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Experience in a highly cross-functional role & can clearly describe & work within the organizational dynamics of a fast-growth company
- Ability to execute with conviction & good judgment with limited guidance; needs minimal direction in an ambiguous context
- Experience in management consulting is an asset, provided it is coupled with real operating experience
