Job Summary
A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Business Operations Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Combining quantitative and qualitative insights to develop recommendations to complex cross-functional challenges or opportunities
- Obtaining cross-functional alignment, and working with the business to ensure successful implementation
- Structuring problems in a way that the root cause can be identified, articulating trade-offs, and executing flawlessly
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm, ideally with experience in operations, product, and / or healthcare
- Highly structured and analytical thinking. Ability to simplify complex problems and propose solutions using first principles
- Excellent communication, including a willingness to have difficult conversations to resolve tensions and find solutions
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving, high-growth, and ambiguous environment. Being a self-starter is a must
- Comfort with data analytics tools and consumer metrics such as CPA and LTV
- Ability to keep many people organized and marching against group outcomes
