Job Summary

A financial services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Business Operations Supervisor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Supervising the staff and activities of the data Entry team
• Prioritizing, scheduling and monitoring the daily workflow
• Resolving all loan insurance inquiries, request for change, insurance payment, and refund issues

Qualifications Include:

• High School diploma or equivalency and two (2) years of supervisory experience
• Some college coursework in Business, Management, Accounting, or related courses preferred.
• At least three (3) years’ experience in Banking, Insurance, Customer Service or related experience
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and the Internet.
• Able to type 40 WPM accurately
