Job Summary

A consulting firm is in need of a Remote Business Process Support Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Submit tickets to Technical Support and Development Team
  • Process client's orders
  • Provide epic customer service to internal and external clients

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Docs Suite
  • Proven ability to communicate, present and influence individuals at all levels
  • Prior experience working in a comparable Customer Support role
  • Possess a High School diploma or GED required
  • Prior experience working in remote/virtual environment
