An early childhood education provider has an open position for a Remote Business Recruiter in San Francisco.
Must be able to:
- Own the full candidate lifecycle, from sourcing through offer
- Serve as a strategic talent partner to hiring manager
- Serve as a strategic talent partner to hiring manager
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2+ years as a full-cycle recruiter, ideally in a generalist capacity at an early - mid stage startup
- Proven performance generating a pipeline via outbound sourcing, and turning inactive and passive talent into actively engaged candidates
- Ability to keep track of hiring for multiple roles at the same time and always seeking to increase efficiency
