Job Summary

A business services company is in need of a Remote Business Service Graveyard Customer Care Agent.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Supporting multiple clients to resolve their customer service needs
• Handling inbound calls, emails, or chat for multiple accounts
• Following a guided process and log each call in the company CRM

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Ability to deal with upset customers and deescalate the situation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to navigate through multiple systems with your computer
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Technical abilities sufficient to install/uninstall programs and troubleshoot your own equipment
