Job Summary

A full-service customer experience consulting and services company has a current position open for a Remote Business Services Account Executive.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Producing opportunity assessments of customer base
• Presenting proposals to corporate decision makers for renewal and new business
• Using client, prospect and partner feedback to implement a strategy to expand product opportunities

Qualifications Include:

• This role requires travel nationally up to 30%
• Minimum of 3 years related experience
• Demonstrated negotiation skills with ability to overcome objections
• Demonstrated drive to deliver high levels of customer experience and satisfaction
