Job Summary

A business services company is in need of a Remote Business Services Customer Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Supporting one of our dedicated accounts
  • Handling inbound calls, email, or chat support
  • Following a guided process and logging each call

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to navigate through multiple systems with your computer
  • Ability to deal with upset customers and deescalate the situation
  • Technical abilities sufficient to install/uninstall programs and troubleshoot your own equipment
  • Have a quiet place to work at home with a locking door
  • Must be available to Train on weekdays
