Job Summary
A software company that delivers solutions for advanced threats, security, and compliance is filling a position for a Remote Business Solutions Contracts and Legal Operations Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Driving contract lifecycle from drafting through completion of the negotiation process, and/or contract execution
- Managing contract change control process and related correspondence
- Acting as a resource for questions regarding contract process for both internal and external contacts
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor degree with 5 or more years' experience working in a corporate legal department
- Experience negotiating NDAs, software licenses and professional services agreements
- Demonstrated experience supporting a high volume sales force
- Experience with RFPs
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Working understanding of contracts law and administration
