Job Summary
A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Business Strategy and Operations Oncology Clinical Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading business transformation activities required for oncology to deliver the portfolio
- Developing best practices, creating standardized project plans, and process optimization
- Developing recommendations to improve management of key activities in support of primary objectives
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- BA / BS / RN with 12 years clinical experience in life sciences Or, MA / MS / PharmD / PhD with 10 years
- Deep knowledge of Clinical Operations and experience driving acceleration and process improvement activities
- Evidence of driving business transformation and leading change across large teams
- Ability to influence senior managers and drive change
- Strong working knowledge of Good Clinical Practice and in country regulatory guidelines and requirements
- Strong self-management and organizational skills; ability to manage workload, set priorities and adjust
