Job Summary

A health insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Business Support Coordinator.

Must be able to:

  • Code and sort documents so they can be accurately processed or filed
  • Make standard calculations to accurately compile and report statistics
  • Respond to, or redirect, routine inquiries from external or internal sources about the organization, its activities, or processes to ensure callers/visitors are answered promptly and accurately

Qualifications Include:

  • High School Diploma
  • 3+ years of experience in Administrative Support role or Project Management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Project
  • Capacity to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to communicates with external equipment suppliers to arrange equipment service and repair
  • Ability to perform other routine administrative activities according to the organization's established procedures
