Job Summary
An Information Technology company that specializes in cloud software for drones is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Business Systems Administrator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Serving as the technical owner for all aspects of company’s Salesforce instance
- Administering and troubleshooting the Go To Market technology stack which includes Salesforce, DocuSign, LeanData, Chargify, and integrations with Marketo, Outreach, MongoDB etc
- Owning all aspects of the lifecycle for systems improvements, including requirement gathering, implementation, QA, user testing, documentation, and maintenance
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience on a revenue-based team at a high-growth SaaS company
- Certified Salesforce Administrator
- Experience with Sales Cloud and Lightning framework
- Mastery of all parts of Salesforce's configuration space
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other technology solutions
- Ability to produce detailed documentation of all system configurations, including process, policy, and change-logs
