Job Summary

An IT and engineering firm is in need of a Remote Business Systems Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Leading the planning of product releases and setting expectations for the delivery of new functionalities and platform upgrades
• Effectively collaborating with multiple stakeholders, product owners and teams to help them understand the products key capabilities and benefits
• Providing an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful completion of Release or Sprint Goals for projects and related products

Required Skills:

• 2 to 5+ years of experience in the business process analysis field, systems engineering discipline or human centered design role
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile software application development environment
• Experience working collaboratively, while delivering results
• Experience with solution design, leveraging knowledge of emerging technologies and critical thinking skills to continually innovate and automate existing methodologies, processes, procedures and reporting
• Proven strong Business Judgment, Leadership and Integrity
• Experience with Visio, Github, Leankit, Balsamiq
