Job Summary
A software technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Business Systems Operations Senior Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing frameworks for business capabilities, value management, and other core competencies
- Promoting and driving adoption of Agile/DevSecOps methodologies
- Creating a repository of processes and templates to aid with sunrise to sunset of applications including Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience executing IT projects or development teams
- High proficiency in verbal and written communication
- Proven experience managing vendor relationships and assisting with the software selection process
- Prior experience with a Business Systems Operations type of role
- Adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to work within changing priorities including ad hoc requests
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience
