Job Summary

A software marketing solution is seeking a Remote Business Systems Technology Analyst.

Must be able to:

• Develop new process to scale how we manage the lifecycle of hardware
• Design process for how our systems will integrate with our hardware vendor systems
• Support the systems and process that our CMDB is reliable for real time data

Qualifications Include:

• Experience working within a configuration management database (CMDB) like
• Experience driving decision making with data with a large focus on metrics
• Experience solving technical problems related to hardware asset management services
• Experience designing and owning cross-system processes that deliver business value
• Proven ability to own high impact deliverables, run time-bound projects and drive change
