Job Summary
A social media company is filling a position for a Remote Business Tech Sourcer.
Must be able to:
- Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement
- Partner with other members of the Recruiting organization (Recruiters, Coordinators, other Sourcers, and Managers)
- Help develop and execute fully comprehensive sourcing plans, analyzing requirements
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years sourcing/recruiting experience
- 3+ years technical sourcing experience
- Experience in picking up roles spanning both business & technology as the needs of the organization shift
- Experience working with multiple organizations, prioritize based on the view of business needs
- Consultative and interpersonal experience with communicating across all levels of the organization internally, as well as externally
