Job Summary

A university needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Business Technology Services Senior Business Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Lead Salesforce project tracks with design, architecture and best practices that take full advantage of the platform’s strengths
  • Monitor technology trends and evaluate emerging technologies for adoption and implementation
  • Review the design of existing systems for optimizing performance

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor's degree and eight years of experience or combination of education and relevant experience required
  • 5+ years of overall CRM experience with 3+ years of experience Salesforce experience
  • Have lead enterprise Salesforce implementations with strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
  • Experience with Education Data Architecture and Nonprofit Success Pack
  • Experience managing large-scale implementations of CRM solutions
  • Experience with environment management, release management, code versioning, and deployment methodologies
