Job Summary
A provider of marketing courses, services, and software is filling a position for a Remote Business to Business Software as a Service Customer Success Head.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing and Owning Customer Success Strategy
- Hiring, leading and managing an amazing customer success team
- Building CS processes and own CS systems
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3-5 years in a CS leadership role in a startup environment
- Proven track record increasing adoption and renewal rates with SMB customers.
- Strong ability to hire and coach customer success and account managers to develop skills
- Experience developing processes, utilizing systems and a track record of consistently delivering against targets
