Job Summary

An education provider has an open position for a Remote Business Undergrad Marketing Faculty Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 15-20 program mentors
• Deliver innovative solutions that positively impact students
• Define direction, implement urgency and define clear expectations

Required Skills:

• Master’s degree in business required
• 3-5 years’ experience in business and marketing required
• 3-5 years’ experience managing a team of at least 10 full-time direct reports
• Experience building effective teams by leveraging, coaching and mentoring
• Experience leading change while increasing specific, measurable results
• Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor the team to help at-risk and struggling students
