Job Summary

A business services firm is seeking a Remote Cable Customer Service Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Handle high in-bound call volume
  • Provide customers with a clear understanding of charges
  • Correct errors or discrepancies on customer billings

Qualifications Include:

  • Assists customers face-to-face in the front office
  • Ability to write simple correspondence
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
  • Requires the ability to operate office equipment
  • High school diploma or GED or 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training
