Job Summary

A provider of business process and technology management services is filling a position for a Remote Cable Industry Tech Support and Sales Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls from customers to assist with questions
  • Educate customers about a product or service they currently have
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues

Qualifications for this position include:

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Basic PC keyboarding skills (30+ WPM)
  • Basic Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Service to sales experience
