Job Summary
A healthcare insurance company is in need of a Remote California Licensed Behavioral Health Care Manager II.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting day to day call center clinical functions
- Using appropriate screening criteria knowledge and clinical judgment to assess member needs
- Outreaching to providers as necessary for Utilization Management functions
Position Requirements Include:
- Current active unrestricted license in the state of CA
- Requires MA/MS in social work counseling or a related behavioral health field or a degree in nursing, and minimum of 3 years of experience
- Previous experience in case management/utilization management
- Prior managed care experience required
