Job Summary

A staffing firm is in need of a Remote Call Center and Fraud Prevention Representative in Springfield.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Perform non-complex risk analysis
  • Protect customer accounts and assets
  • Assist cardholders/financial institutions with lost or stolen card reports

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Attend mandatory training sessions to stay updated on product or company policy changes
  • Must be able to exhibit professionalism in handling multiple tasks
  • Must have strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a high volume, inbound contact/call center
  • Must be able to work assigned schedule in a 24/7 call center
  • Must be computer literate with a strong working knowledge of MS Office
