Job Summary
A staffing firm is in need of a Remote Call Center and Fraud Prevention Representative in Springfield.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Perform non-complex risk analysis
- Protect customer accounts and assets
- Assist cardholders/financial institutions with lost or stolen card reports
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Attend mandatory training sessions to stay updated on product or company policy changes
- Must be able to exhibit professionalism in handling multiple tasks
- Must have strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a high volume, inbound contact/call center
- Must be able to work assigned schedule in a 24/7 call center
- Must be computer literate with a strong working knowledge of MS Office
