Job Summary
A software technology company is in need of a Remote Call Center Contact Tracing Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews with members of the public that have tested positive for COVID-19
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Gather information critical to managing the spread of the virus
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum of 1-year of experience in the medical field or in contact center customer service,
- Excellent communicator
- Highly reliable, and possess a strong work ethic
