A business processing solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative in Austin.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls
  • Perform data entry related to a new program
  • Assist customers by researching their account and providing prompt and accurate information in a courteous manner

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D
  • Experience in servicing customers with professionalism, diplomacy and consideration for the customer's requests or concern
  • Excellent PC and internet navigation skills
  • Efficient time management skills
