Job Summary

A provider of education leads has an open position for a Remote Call Center Customer Support Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Helping enroll students in institutions of higher learning
  • Assisting with employment applications and the prequalification process
  • Using multiple scripts and rebuttals to overcome rejections

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Have above average computer and typing skills
  • High speed and wired internet connection
  • Have Google Chrome, Firefox or Safari browsers installed
  • Your computer must have at least 4 GB of RAM
  • Able to commit to a set weekly schedule
