Job Summary
A business process outsourcing firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Call Center Supervisor.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring agents understand and comply with all call center objectives
- Monitoring and evaluating agent performance
- Hiring and training call center representatives to respond to customer questions, complaints and troubleshooting problems
Position Requirements Include:
- Have Call Center Supervisory experience
- Display proficiency with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and Power Point)
- Possess problem solving, leadership, and customer service skills
- Show verbal and written communication skills
- Have knowledge of computers, software applications, and phone systems
