Job Summary

A business process outsourcing firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Call Center Supervisor.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring agents understand and comply with all call center objectives
  • Monitoring and evaluating agent performance
  • Hiring and training call center representatives to respond to customer questions, complaints and troubleshooting problems

Position Requirements Include:

  • Have Call Center Supervisory experience
  • Display proficiency with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and Power Point)
  • Possess problem solving, leadership, and customer service skills
  • Show verbal and written communication skills
  • Have knowledge of computers, software applications, and phone systems
