An online marketplace is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Call Center Team Leader Supervisor.

  • Working as an integral part of the Operations team
  • Contributing to the organization, execution and ongoing monitoring of the key department metrics

Qualifications Include:

  • 3 years demonstrated success in customer service
  • Passion for and experience with Coaching, Mentoring, and Developing Employees
  • Change Agility and ability to help manage your teams through change
  • Knowledge of operations metrics with ability to translate into day to day performance
  • Ability to maintain highly confidential information
  • Strong organizational, communication, influencing and problem-solving skills
