Job Summary

A business services company that specializes in contact center outsourcing has a current position open for a Remote Call Center Technical Support Representative in Rio Rancho.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Assisting with any billing questions
  • Diagnosing and repairing faults, resolving network issues
  • Maintaining a high level of competition and product knowledge

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts or additional hours as required by business needs
