Job Summary
A travel service non-profit network is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Call Center Travel Agent.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Serving Members/non-Members through telephone, email, and web chat channels by selling and servicing all domestic and international travel-related products
- Operating and demonstratig familiarity with all ACA travel systems and applicable travel partner booking sites
- Participating as a user in testing of new systems/procedures
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma
- Eighteen months experience as a travel agent
- Ability to attend all training as required
- Demonstrated general knowledge of effective sales techniques by uncovering customer needs to relate benefits of product features
- Ability to anticipate and handle objections
- Ability to mentor other Travel Contact Center Associates
