A research and advisory company has an open position for a Remote Campus Recruiter.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing innovative and creative ways to attract the best and brightest diverse candidates and increase our competitive advantage
- Coordinating all events at assigned universities ensuring timeliness and consistency
- Attending events/functions to assist in branding, enhancing awareness
Qualifications for this position include:
- Open to travel (40%)
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 to 5 years Campus Recruiting experience
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Strong relationship builder and brand ambassador
