An enterprise software company is in need of a Remote Campus Recruitment Manager in Mountain View.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide leadership in search strategy development, candidate sourcing, experience & screening
- Lead a strong team of experienced recruiting professionals building their careers in Campus and technical recruiting
- Collaborate with regional and global teams and functions to ensure talent acquisition excellence
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2+ year of experience leading a team of recruiters, ideally in a high volume focused recruiting team
- Understanding of metrics including pipeline data, hiring forecasts, and recruiting capacity
- Dedication to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion with a passion to advocate for more inclusive approaches to hiring
- Experience identifying problems and implementing innovative solutions
