Job Summary

A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Candidate Search Consultant.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Formulating marketing campaigns in order to attract candidates
  • Conducting hand-off calls with Marketing Consultants and clients
  • Screening interested candidates according to the position and client parameters

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to conduct face-to-face meetings (“airport interviews”) with candidates
  • High School Diploma
  • 2 years of sales experience
