Job Summary

A company that assists healthcare organizations to set up or expand their existing telemedicine capabilities has an open position for a Remote CAQH Enrollment Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Compiling documents, researching and acting as liaison between the enrollment entity and providers
  • Updating status of enrollment applications in database so other teams can access information
  • Completing enrollment applications for the Providers & making them available for the physicians for review, revision & approval

Required Skills:

  • Three years of work experience in Enrollment or related field is required
  • Experience in working with Commercial payers to credential and enroll medical providers
  • Experience in a fast paced team environment that requires decision-making and problem solving
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and web based applications
  • Professional level written and oral communication skills
  • Proven time management and prioritization skills focusing on urgent and overlapping deadlines
