Job Summary

A carbon management company is seeking a Remote Carbon Management Technology Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for our C-Suite clients
  • Conducting regular check-ins and touch points with clients
  • Leading internal project management of carbon accounting team

Position Requirements Include:

  • Annual company-wide retreats
  • Experience in a customer success, account management, consulting or a client-facing role
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Ability to build rapport with C-suite level clients and internal teams
  • Passion for climate change and sustainability with a deep understanding of the industry and its challenges
