Job Summary
A carbon management company is seeking a Remote Carbon Management Technology Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for our C-Suite clients
- Conducting regular check-ins and touch points with clients
- Leading internal project management of carbon accounting team
Position Requirements Include:
- Annual company-wide retreats
- Experience in a customer success, account management, consulting or a client-facing role
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Ability to build rapport with C-suite level clients and internal teams
- Passion for climate change and sustainability with a deep understanding of the industry and its challenges
