Job Summary

A device-based medical therapy provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Cardiac Rhythm Patient Services Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Providing troubleshooting, support and education for CRM products
• Gathering relevant information, document and report customer inquiries, issues and product problems
• Maintaining adequate product and therapy knowledge and expertise through continuous training, coaching, and independent study

Qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelors degree required
• Ability to utilize technology and systems required to support job function
